On the final day, we all woke up at 6:30, and cleaned out our bunk rooms, taking any bags and clothes outside and putting them in the trailer. Then we ate breakfast, which was followed by a bit more free time, mostly used to clean out our bunkrooms and make sure we didn't miss anything. Then, we grouped up one final time, meeting back in our place, then heading over to the pond, next to the cabin. There we sketched out the pond, caught a frog, and watched salamanders zip around through the clear water.

Afterward, we went over to Dukes Meadow, where we did a compass course. During it, we saw things like broken-up stone walls, which are remnants from sheep farming and grazing. We also saw plants like juniper, hemlock, and maple trees. There were also scotch pine and pin cherry plants, both plants from other states or countries. Then, after traveling up the ski slope, we saw an old car, which had been moved p there a long while ago, where the engine was used as a ski lift. After sketching this car, we played with a bit of Camouflage.

After traveling back down the ski hill, we ate lunch, painted with watercolor, and played a few more games. When we got back, we gathered in the field outside the lodge, waiting for the bus to get here. While we were there, we took a survey for the AMC and chatted with each other. When the bus did get there we grabbed our backpacks, boarded the bus and said goodbye to the AMC staff, then headed back to the school. When we finally got back to the school, we unloaded the trailer and were dismissed to go home.
